United Bank of India to issue Additional Tier I Bonds

On 29 March 2017

United Bank of India proposes to issue unsecured, subordinated, fully paid up, non convertible, listed, Basel III compliant, Perpetual Debt Instruments in the nature of Debentures for inclusion in Additional Tier I capital of face value of Rs 10 lakh each of Rs 150 crore with green shoe option of Rs 50 crore aggregating upto Rs 200 crore on private placement basis. The issue is proposed to be opened and closed on 29 March 2017.
