United Drilling Tools announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 October 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the Allotment of 48,22,222 Equity Shares to all the equity shareholders of the Transferor Company i.e. Macro Steel Engineers in the ratio of 2:9 (i.e. Two new equity shares for every Nine equity shares) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Macro Steel Engineers with United Drilling Tools, as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
