Outcome of board meeting of Cera Sanitaryware

Cera Sanitaryware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 October 2014, inter alia, has decided to incur Capital expenditure in the current financial year towards expansion of various divisions as under:1. Sanitaryware Division:
Normal Capital expenditure for increasing the production capacity from 2.7 million pieces to 3 million pieces
2. Faucetware Division:
To increase the current capacity of Faucetware production to 10,000 pieces per day.
3. Wind farm division:

To set up 4 MW Wind Farm (2 Wind Turbine Generators of 2 MW each) in the State of Gujarat.
4. Solar Division:
To set tip Roof Top Solar plant of 1.00 MW at 9, GIDC Industrial Estate, Kadi for captive use.
