Sales decline 5.38% to Rs 11.43 crore

Net profit of United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company declined 21.97% to Rs 1.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 5.38% to Rs 11.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 12.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 15.25% to Rs 8.67 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 10.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 3.95% to Rs 54.43 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 56.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
