V I P Industries standalone net profit rises 28.80% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 12.24% to Rs 274.40 crore

Net profit of V I P Industries rose 28.80% to Rs 11.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 8.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 12.24% to Rs 274.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 244.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 32.51% to Rs 63.42 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 47.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 16.30% to Rs 1213.00 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1043.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
