Vaghani Techno-Build announced that Amit Surase has resigned as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect and Archana Todi has been appointed as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 06 December 2014, approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 06 December 2014.
