Vaibhav Global announces change in name of its subsidiaries in Hongkong and Japan

Vaibhav Global announced that the name of STS Gems, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company based in Hongkong has been changed to STS Global Supply and name of STS Gems Japan, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company based in Japan, has been changed to STS Global pursuant to requisite approvals.
