Vaibhav Global announced that Sonymike's Holdings, a Promoter Group Company and GDR Holder has converted all GDRs into Equity Shares, intimation of which was duly given to all Stock Exchanges on which Shares /GDRs are listed and no GDR is outstanding as on date. The Deposit Agreement entered into between "Vaibhav Global" and CITI Bank N.A will be terminated on 29 August 2016.
