Vardhman Textiles consolidated net profit rises 67.09% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 22.02% to Rs 1947.07 crore

Net profit of Vardhman Textiles rose 67.09% to Rs 243.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 145.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 22.02% to Rs 1947.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1595.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 29.02% to Rs 409.91 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 577.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 8.84% to Rs 6139.87 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 6735.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
