Vascon Engineers' JV sells land parcel in Pune

Vascon Engineers announced that Ajanta Enterprises, a partnership firm, where the company is 50% partner, has sold a piece of land admeasuring 30955.29 square meters situated at Survey No 40/41/59 Plot No 7 at Kharadi Village, Pune, to Pune BP Development for a gross consideration of Rs 170 crore. The consideration net of TDS has been received Ajanta Enterprises.
