Vertex Securities appoints director

With effect from 12 May 2015

Vertex Securities announced that pursuant to Section 149 and 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Latha Anand, is appointed as the Additional Director of the Company with effect from 12 May 2015, at the Board meeting held on 12 May 2015 and shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
