Assessing officer of Income Tax department has raised a demand of Rs. 131.37 crore for the Assessment year 2013-14 when guar gum prices abruptly increased due to high crude oil demand. However, the company has filed its appeal to CIT appeal, Hisar against this order of the A.O.
2. Assessing officer has also levied a penalty of Rs. 50.04 crore for the Annual Year 2013-14. However Company has filed its appeal to CIT appeal, Hisar against this order of the A.O.
