Shriram City Union Finance clocked volume of 66,000 shares by 14:14 IST on BSE, a 134.80 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 492 shares. The stock rose 0.18% at Rs 1,644.
Idea Cellular notched up volume of 63.01 lakh shares, a 29.32-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.15 lakh shares. The stock rose 0.12% at Rs 169.20.
Godrej Consumer Products saw volume of 81,000 shares, a 25.63-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock advanced 3.93% at Rs 1,248.40. The company's consolidated net profit rose 38.88% to Rs 199.23 crore on 10.36% rise in total income to Rs 2114.46 crore in Q1 June 2015 over Q1 June 2014. The result was announced during market hours today, 29 July 2015.
Greenply Industries clocked volume of 1.76 lakh shares, a 18.63-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 9,000 shares. The stock rose 1.59% at Rs 932.
Godfrey Phillips India saw volume of 1.08 lakh shares, a 16.45-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock fell 1.73% at Rs 558.90.
