Volumes jump at Talwalkars Better Value Fitness counter

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness clocked volume of 13.71 lakh shares by 12:35 IST on BSE, a 153.86-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 9,000 shares. The stock fell 0.90% to Rs 127.25.

Elecon Engineering Company notched up volume of 21.46 lakh shares, a 95.09-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 23,000 shares. The stock was flat at Rs 29.10.

SKF India saw volume of 1.33 lakh shares, a 34.18-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4,000 shares. The stock rose 1.13% to Rs 525.

Natco Pharma clocked volume of 2.47 lakh shares, a 17.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 14,000 shares. The stock rose 2.63% to Rs 442.25.

Mahindra Forgings saw volume of 7.30 lakh shares, a 2.82-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 2.59 lakh shares. The stock fell 0.15% to Rs 66.75. The Mahindra Group and CIE Automotive S. A. (Spain) on Saturday, 15 June 2013, announced the signing of a global alliance agreement between Mahindra's automotive component businesses (held under its Systech Sector) and CIE Automotive (involving also its subsidiary Autometal). The Mahindra Systech business consists of five companies viz. Mahindra Forgings, Mahindra Ugine Steel Company, Mahindra Composites, Mahindra Hinoday Industries and Mahindra Gears.
