Volumes jump at Trent counter

Trent clocked volume of 1 lakh shares by 12:34 IST on BSE, a 61.13-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock fell 1.01% to Rs 1,070.50.

Fortis Healthcare notched up volume of 16.48 lakh shares, a 38.63-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 43,000 shares. The stock fell 4.78% to Rs 96.70.

Hindalco Industries saw volume of 88.97 lakh shares, a 11.76-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7.57 lakh shares. The stock rose 0.73% to Rs 110.75.

NRB Bearings clocked volume of 14.38 lakh shares, a 11.52-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.25 lakh shares. The stock fell 1.63% to Rs 36.10.

Oracle Financial Services Software saw volume of 3.82 lakh shares, a 3.30-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.16 lakh shares. The stock fell 0.90% to Rs 2,416.

Oracle Global (Mauritius), promoter of Oracle Financial Services Software, has submitted to BSE a notice of offer for sale of 44.30 lakh shares of the Indian company tomorrow, 22 May 2013, through a sale on the separate window provided by the bourses for this purpose. The offer will open on tomorrow, 22 May 2013, at 9:15 IST and close on the same day at 15:30 IST. The company will declare the floor price for the share sale after trading hours on today, 21 May 2013.
