VRL Logistics standalone net profit declines 29.76% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 6.55% to Rs 442.86 crore

Net profit of VRL Logistics declined 29.76% to Rs 8.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 11.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 6.55% to Rs 442.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 415.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 32.40% to Rs 70.47 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 104.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 4.68% to Rs 1803.09 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1722.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
