Suzlon Energy reports standalone net profit of Rs 426.53 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 58.10% to Rs 3708.30 crore

Net profit of Suzlon Energy reported to Rs 426.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 141.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 58.10% to Rs 3708.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2345.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 712.18 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 26.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 58.17% to Rs 9341.80 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5906.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
