WABCO India standalone net profit rises 88.45% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 48.85% to Rs 539.36 crore

Net profit of WABCO India rose 88.45% to Rs 57.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 30.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 48.85% to Rs 539.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 362.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 69.58% to Rs 204.62 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 120.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 36.83% to Rs 1739.86 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1271.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
