In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, the Company will dispatch the letter of offer along with the tender form to eligible shareholders (being the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, 05 July 2019) on or before Wednesday, 16 October 2019. The buyback will open post the dispatch of the letter of offer, as per the timelines prescribed in the above regulations.
