Whirlpool of India net profit declines 33.40% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Whirlpool of India declined 33.40% to Rs 24.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 37.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 3.99% to Rs 701.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 731.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit rose 3.25% to Rs 127.75 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 123.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 4.65% to Rs 3079.37 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2942.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
