F&O turnover rises
Nifty August 2015 futures were at 8521.95, a discount of 3.65 points compared with spot closing of 8525.60. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 1.78 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 1.33 lakh crore registered during previous trading session on Friday, 7 August 2015.
Wockhardt August 2015 futures were at 1658.70, at a premium over spot closing of 1649.
Tata Motors August 2015 futures were at 382.20, at a discount compared with spot closing of 383.
State Bank of India August 2015 futures were at 283.35, at a premium over spot closing of 282.50.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty fell 39 points or 0.46% to settle at 8,525.60, its lowest closing level since 4 August 2015.
The August 2015 F&O contracts are set to expire on 27 August 2015.
