Yes Bank allots 1,00,250 equity shares
At meeting held on 12 May 2017
Yes Bank has allotted 1,00,250 (One Lakh Two Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each on 12 May 2017 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs 456,98,94,450/- consisting of 45,69,89,445 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 457,08,96,950/- consisting of 45,70,89,695 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
