Yes Bank allots 18.81 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 18,81,115 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on 12 October 2018 under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs 4,618,555,690/- consisting of 2,309,277,845 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs 4,622,317,920/- consisting of 2,311,158,960 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
