Yes Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 4,57,842 (Four Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty two) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on November 14, 2014 under the Joining Employee Stock Option Plan-II (JESOP-II), YBL ESOP and YBL JESOP V/PESOP-II. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,16,62,15,880 consisting of 41,66,21,588 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,17,07,94,300 consisting of 41,70,79,430 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
