Yes Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 56,300 (Fifty Six Thousand and Three Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 10 August 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOPII - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,21,21,65,470 consisting of 42,12,16,547 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,27,28,470 consisting of 42,12,72,847 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
