Yes Bank allots equity shares
Under ESOP
Yes Bank has allotted 3,13,938 (Three Lakhs Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Eight) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 26 September 2016 under the JESOP III, JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010.The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,21,34,52,750 consisting of 42,13,45,275 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,65,92,130 consisting of 42,16,59,213 equity shares of Rs. 10/ - each.
