Yes Bank rose 2.08% to Rs 744.50 at 13:00 IST on BSE after net profit rose 26.49% to Rs 610.41 crore on 19.69% rise in total income to Rs 3995.34 crore in Q2 September 2015 over Q2 September 2014.
The bank announced results during market hours today, 29 October 2015.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 169.28 points, or 0.63%, to 26,870.48.
A decent amount of shares were traded on the counter. On BSE, so far 7.67 lakh shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 4.19 lakh shares in the past one quarter.
The stock was volatile. At the day's high of Rs 744.90, the stock rose 2.13%. At the day's low of Rs 708.65, the stock declined 2.83% so far during the day. The stock hit a record high of Rs 910 on 4 March 2015. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 590 on 24 August 2015.

Yes Bank's ratio of gross non-performing assets (NPAs) to gross advances stood at 0.61% as on 30 September 2015 as against 0.46% as on 30 June 2015 and 0.36% as on 30 September 2014. The ratio of net NPAs to net advances stood at 0.2% as on 30 September 2015 as against 0.13% as on 30 June 2015 and 0.09% as on 30 September 2014. On absolute basis, bank's gross NPAs stood at Rs 491.35 crore as on 30 September 2015, compared with Rs 368.30 crore as on 30 June 2015 and Rs 222.36 crore as on 30 September 2014. The provisioning coverage ratio as on 30 September 2015 stood at 67.7%.
Total standard restructured advances stand at Rs 569.30 crore as at 30 September 2015. There has been no sale to asset reconstruction company (ARC) during the previous four quarters. Also the bank has not refinanced any loan through 5-25 route.
Total advances grew by 29% to Rs 80015.10 crore as at 30 September 2015 compared with advances as at 30 September 2014. Corporate Banking accounted for 68.2% of the advances portfolio while retail & business banking constituted 31.8%. Total deposits grew by 24% to Rs 99344.3 crore as at 30 September 2015 compared with deposits as at 30 September 2014. The bank's balance sheet grew by 24.6% to Rs 144783.50 crore as at 30 September 2015.
Net interest income (NII) rose 29.4% to Rs 1108.50 crore in Q2 September 2015 over Q2 September 2014 on account of strong growth in advances and retail & current account saving account (CASA) deposits. Net interest margin (NIM) stood at 3.3% in Q2 September 2015 compared with 3.2% in Q2 September 2014.
