Yes Bank gets ratings upgrade for long term debt programmes

From ICRA

Yes Bank announced that it has received ratings upgrade from ICRA for its various long term debt programmes, with the Lower Tier II bonds of the Bank upgraded from ICRA AA (Stable) to ICRA AA+ (Stable).

Other details are as follow :

Upper Tier II Debt Programme : upgraded to ICRA AA (Stable)

Hybrid Tier I Debt Programme : upgraded to ICRA AA (Stable)

Basel III Compliant Tier I Bonds : upgraded to ICRA A+ (Hyb) (Stable)

CD Programme : reaffirmed at ICRA A+
