Yuken India update on scheme of amalgamation

Yuken India has received Letter dated 15 March 2021 on 20 March 2021 from Regional Director, Hyderabad w.r.t return back of its application with respect to Scheme of Amalgamation of Yuflow Engineering with Yuken India due to some technical reasons and informed to route through National Company Law Tribunal.
