For the Audited full year,net profit rose 0.73% to Rs 11.06 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 10.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 0.86% to Rs 291.34 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 293.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
