Zuari Agro Chemicals announces change in shareholding pattern

Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that the Board vide Circular Resolutions dated 22 August 2016 considered and approved the following;

1. Re-classification of shareholdings of (1) SCM Investment and Trading Co., (2) RTM Investment and Trading Co., (3) SIL Investments and (4) Ronson Traders Limited from Promoter to Public Category.

2. Amendment of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
