One person was killed and another was injured in a shooting on a bus in Las Vegas, police said.
The attacker surrendered after a standoff on Saturday that lasted over four hours, CNN quoted police spokesman Larry Hadfield as saying here.
Hadfield said the second person shot had minor injuries and was hospitalizsd.
The attacker remained on the bus for hours while tactical teams and negotiators came to the scene at the Las Vegas Boulevard, which was closed between Flamingo Road and Tropicana Boulevard during the standoff.
Around 3.20 p.m., the man surrendered. Police said he had a handgun.
The incident is not related to terrorism, Hadfield said.
There also is no evidence that the incident is connected to a robbery earlier Saturday at the Bellagio luxury hotel and casino, he added.
