10 killed in Myanamar bus accident

At least 10 people were killed on Monday in a bus accident in Myanmar, a media report said.

The accident took place on the Yangon-Mandalay highway, Xinhua news agency reported.

The passenger bus, which was bound for northeastern Lashio town from Yangon, overturned, throwing out a number of passengers from inside the bus, the police said.

The toll was likely to increase, an official said.
