At least 10 policemen were killed and many injured on Tuesday in a bomb attack in eastern Turkey, the media reported.
The attack on a police minibus by the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants left 10 policemen dead in Turkey's Igdir province, Xinhua news agency reported.
Clashes between the Turkish army and the PKK have intensified since July, claiming dozens of lives of security personnel.
A statement released by the Turkish army on Monday said 16 of its soldiers were killed and six injured in clashes with the PKK on Sunday in Hakkari province.
