Over 40 entries are expected for the fourth and penultimate round of the FMSCI Indian National TSD Rally Championship that will be held here Sunday, conducted by the Karnataka Motor Sports Club and sponsored by India Mines Group.
At a Media briefing here Wednesday, Clerk-of-the-Course Bhaskar Gupta said the event would start and finish at The Club on the Bangalore-Mysore highway and will be run over 200 Kms.
"Along with the National TSD event, we will also concurrently run the Naveen Kanth Memorial Green Run for local entries who are not registered for the National championship and it will also be on the Time-Speed-Distance format," said Gupta.
The Erode pair of Karthick Maruthi and navigator Sankar Anand are currently leading championship in both Overall and Pro-Expert categories with 55 points while Amarnath GJ and Mokhtiyar Ahmed head the Pro-Stock class with 40 points.
