The 63rd National School Games, which will see participation of around 8,000 students across the country, were kicked off here on Wednesday.
Inaugurating the Games at Chhatrasal Stadium here, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that the Aam Aadmi Party government will promote sports activities in all government schools for overall development of students.
The National School Games, being held from January 3 to January 9, will be organised in different sport complexes and grounds across the city.
