AAP MLA Pankaj Pushkar was on Friday suspended for two days from the Winter Session of the Delhi assembly for demanding a discussion on 25 percent nursery admissions through EWS quota.
He was marshalled out of the assembly.
Agitated over his suspension, Pushkar staged a demonstration outside the assembly and termed the move 'unethical'.
"I was not disturbing the assembly proceedings. I only asked for a debate for issuing orders in compliance with the high court order on ensuring the admission of 25 percent poor students in play-schools and nursery schools under Economically Weaker Section," the legislator from Delhi's Timarpur constituency said.
"Marshaling me out of the assembly and suspending me for two days is completely unethical and a biased decision," he added.
