Abducted minor rescued from New Delhi, 1 arrested
A minor girl abducted from this eastern metropolis, has been rescued from New Delhi, police said.
The police conducted an investigation and rescued the girl on Friday. A man, who has been named in the FIR has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The girl's mother had filed a complaint at the Tangra police station that one Prokash Haldar, a resident of Ashok Nagar in New Delhi, had seduced and abducted her 17-year old-daughter on Wednesday with the intention of establishing a physical relationship.
