Kolkata's men's doubles pair of Abhinansu Borthakur and Neeraj Choudhary reserved a seat in the final of the inaugural India-Bhutan Friendship Tennis Championship here on Saturday.
The duo played flawless tennis as they succeeded in overcoming a strong challenge from Nagaland's Vilasier Khate and Keneisezotou Whourie. Both the sets witnessed a single break of serve, as the scoreboard displayed 6-4,6-4 in favour of the Kolkata pair.
They will face top seeds Thinley Norbu and Kinley Wangchuk of Bhutan in the final on Sunday which will be held on the synthetic courts of the Bhutan Tennis Federation.
In the men's singles final to be held on Sunday, Abhinansu will face Nagaland's Vilasier Khate.
