Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) veteran L.K. Advani will dedicate the 500 MW Hasdeo Thermal Power Expansion Project in Chhattisgarh's Korba town to the people of the state.
After commissioning Rs.3,671 crore thermal power project, Advani will proceed to Bilaspur district to perform a 'bhoomi pujan (ground-breaking ceremony)' for the key Arpa-Bhaisajhar Irrigation Project.
Advani will arrive from New Delhi to Raipur in a special aircraft at 11 a.m. at the Swami Vivekanand airport and leave for Korba by helicopter at 11.30 am.
Chief Minister Raman Singh and his several cabinet colleagues besides senior BJP leaders would be present on the occasion in Korba as well as in Bilaspur.
