Akzo Nobel ties up with Bangladeshi firm for distribution of decorative paints

Akzo Nobel India Monday said it has tied up with a Bangladeshi firm for distribution of its decorative paints products in the neighbouring country.

"The company has entered into an agreement with ACI Formulations Limited, Bangladesh, for distribution of decorative paints products in Bangladesh, subject to necessary statutory approvals," Akzo Nobel India said in a filing to the BSE.

ACI formulation Limited (ACI FL) is a subsidiary of ACI limited, located at Gazipur in the outskirt of Dhaka.

Akzo Nobel manufactures and markets a wide range of coatings and specialty chemicals.
