It's startling but true.  All 180 candidates who appeared for the clerical examination conducted by the Himachal Pradesh High Court for recruitment in subordinate courts have flunked, it was announced on Wednesday.

A total of 180 candidates appeared in the written test but only two qualified. Later, they too failed the typing test, a high court official statement said.

Initially 225 candidates had qualified the screening test for 35 posts of clerks.
