Marseille star Andre Ayew will stay out of action for eight weeks after picking up a knee injury, his club has announced.
Ayew suffered the torn meniscus during Ghana's 2-1 loss to Egypt in the World Cup qualifying play-off, Xinhua reported Tuesday.
Marseille said Ayew is not likely to return until the end of January.
