"The corporation is developing a mobile application 'SDMC Third Eye' which can be downloaded, through which citizens can easily send complaints, suggestions, related photos, videos of their concerned ward and zone," Satish Upadhyay, chairman of the standing committee, South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), said at a press conference.

"It will be ensured that the concerned officials take necessary and timely action. This programme will mainly include the problems related to sanitation, parks, health, roads and education. Issues related to corruption can be raised also," added Upadhaya.

The mobile application is part of seven-point programme "Advantage7" to facilitate citizens, and to bring transparency and accountability in the administration of the corporation.

Apart from the mobile application, SDMC will also install complaint boxes at the zonal offices for the general public and its employees.

He added that on first and sixteenth of every month, he will personally meet citizens who can come and represent problems.
