Tech giant Apple CEO Tim Cook on Thursday attended the Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Gujarat Lions and Kolkata Knight Riders here.
Cook, who is in his maiden visit to India, came to the Green Park stadium on the invitation of IPL chairman and Congress leader Rajeev Shukla.
Talking about the atmosphere at the IPL match, Cook said it was "exciting". "Its tough to watch in this heat. But its exciting to watch cricket," he told IPL's official broadcaster Sony Six channel during an interview at the ground.
Talking about his overall experience being in India, he said: "It's hugely important and the talent here is incredible. Its unbelievable being here."
In his message to youngsters, Cook said: "Do what you love and have fun."
Earlier in the day, he was in Hyderabad at the inauguration of Apple's Map Development Centre.
