Brazil's Internacional have announced the signing of Argentina international defender Victor Cuesta on a four-year deal.
The 28-year-old agreed to terms with the Porto Alegre football outfit on Thursday after parting ways with Argentina's Independiente, Internacional said in a statement, reports Xinhua news agency.
Cuesta will undergo a medical on Friday and could make his debut for his new club against their local rivals Gremio in the Campeonato Gaucho on Saturday.
Cuesta has been capped three times for Argentina's national team and was part of the Albiceleste squad that reached the final of last year's Copa America.
