Army Reds victorious in All-India and South Asia Rugby

Army Reds mauled Delhi Hurricanes 18-5 to clinch the 83rd All India & South Asia Rugby Championship at the Calcutta Cricket and Football Club (CC&FC) here on Saturday.

For Army Reds, Sujay slotted an impressive conversion and two penalties, while Charanjeet and Parvinder scored one each.

Delhi Hurricanes scored through Bikash Khetri but failed to make much inroads and settled for the runners-up title.

Calcutta Police Sergeants Institute were awarded the Fair Play Trophy.
