A group of Arsenal football club's fans, whose team lost to Barcelona at the Camp Nou stadium here on Wednesday night, triggered a fire extinguisher in a subway station and sprinkled it on the platforms, in addition to vandalising Maria Cristina station where they broke one of the gateways to the sorting machines.
Barcelona City Transport said on Thursday that the company will file a criminal complaint for the damage caused at the two stations, reports Efe.
The incidents were filmed by some passengers who posted the videos on social networks.
FC Barcelona won 3-1 against Arsenal in the second leg of the second round of the Champions League and qualified for the quarter-finals.
