"Shoulders of roads could also be solution for passing through traffic jams quickly," he told a press conference.
The official revealed at least a total of 1,500 policemen and personnel of the Transport Ministry would take part in speeding up transport of the athleles.
"We will manage the traffic so that the athletes can arrive on time at sport venues. A total of 1,500 personnel will undertake traffic management," he said.
