Spanish football club Atletico Madrid has signed Montenegrin international defender Stefan Savic from Italian side Fiorentina.
Savic arrives in Madrid to replace defender Joao Miranda who has left to join Italian side Inter Milan. The deal will cost around $13.5 million, which also includes Spain international midfielder Mario Suarez moving to Florentina, reports Xihnua.
The 24-year-old will undergo his medical test in Madrid late on Monday, before joining up with the squad currently carrying out pre-season preparations in north of the Spanish capital.
Savic has made 32 appearances for his country and is Atletico's fourth major signing of the summer.
Atletico have also signed attackers Luciano Vietto, Jackson Martinez and Yannick Carrasco for the upcoming season.
